All services, programs, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, the information provided on this website is for general reference only and does not create a binding contract. In the event of an error in pricing or description, Willowcrest Equestrian Ltd. reserves the right to correct the error and adjust services or fees accordingly.

All prices listed are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). GST will be added to the total cost of services and is payable in accordance with Canadian tax law.

Equine activities carry inherent risks, including injury or death to horses, riders, handlers, or spectators. By boarding, training, riding, or participating in any activity at Willowcrest Equestrian Ltd., you acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks. Willowcrest Equestrian Ltd., its owners, staff, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, theft, damage, or death to horses, persons, or property, whether on or off the premises, arising from the use of our facilities or services.

Additional services such as blanketing, medical administration, hand-walking, trailering, grooming, or camera subscriptions are offered by request and may require separate agreements or waivers. Availability of such services is not guaranteed, and additional fees may apply.

Clients and visitors must comply with all stable rules, policies, and staff instructions at all times. Willowcrest Equestrian Ltd. reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue services if horse welfare, human safety, or policy compliance is at risk.

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the exclusive property of Willowcrest Equestrian Ltd. and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without prior written consent.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved under Alberta jurisdiction. Willowcrest Equestrian Ltd. may update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. Continued use of this website or our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
